Indoor cycling and strength training are two of the most efficient and effective forms of aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular exercise. Whether you are cycling to the beat of our carefully selected playlists or training to the rhythm with strength-specific intervals you won't believe how fast and FUN we can make a 45 minute session fly by!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING?
Any workout attire is great so long as you are comfortable! However, since you will be sweating we recommend moisture-wicking/form fitting clothing, preferably ¾ length or shorter, fitted yoga pants, a tank or t-shirt and socks.
Our pedals are equipped with both a safety strap and clip-ins to suit all riders. Regular athletic shoes are perfect for the safety strap option, or cycling cleats can be worn on the clip-in side. We recommend a stiff-soled shoe for riders that use the safety strap option. We currently do not offer shoe rentals.
We have towels available on-site for your workout and also offer refreshing, scented cold towels to help you cool down afterwards.
We do not have single-use plastic water bottles available/for sale on-site as an extension of our efforts to eliminate unnecessary waste and maintain a green facility; we do offer a fresh, filtered water bottle filling station (with reusable bottles for purchase) and also have a water fountain available.
SO HOW DO I PREPARE?
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time, especially if it’s your first or
second class. We of course want the opportunity to get introduced, and if you are cycling it's essential that we ensure proper alignment on your bike.
